    • Retried once with inline .env token export (ONIZUKA_GITHUB_PAT) and gh auth status.
  • Updated Meeting 011 records in meeting-scope files.

  • Inline retry still failed: gh auth status reports The token in GH_TOKEN is invalid.
  • Because auth failed, Project #2 item status and "next one move" item update were deferred.

  • Recover valid ONIZUKA_GITHUB_PAT, then sync Meeting 011 result to Project #2 first, and immediately start creating games/onigame-quickshot minimum prototype.
